POA Board Meeting Minutes

LAKE DIAMOND GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

BOARD MEETING – Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 6:30 PM at the Silver Springs Community Center and Via Zoom Call

CALL TO ORDER & VERIFICATION OF A QUORUM

             The meeting was called to order by Frank Marino. A quorum was established with Frank Marino, Todd Craig (on zoom) and Tom Godart (on zoom).  The other two Board positions were vacant

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

             Approval of Meeting Minutes, Tom Godart motioned to approve the minutes dated September 22, 2020. Todd Craig seconded the motion.  All approved, motion carried

APPOINTMENT OF VACANT BOARD SEATS

             Tom Godart motioned to fill the two vacant openings as per the recommendations of the nominating committee, Jean Beagan and Luis Arran.  Frank Marino seconded the motion.  All approved, motion carried

FRONT ENTRANCE KEYPAD REPLACEMENT

             Frank Marino motioned to remove the previous approval for the installation of the Cell Gate System by Jamerson Electric and approve the DKS system installed by All System Works due to lower installation cost and monthly fees. Tom Godart second the motion.  All approved, motion carried

SPEED BUMP PROPOSAL

             Frank Marino motioned to install 7 asphalt speed bumps as proposed. Tom Godart second the motion.  All approved, motion carried

LIGHTING FIXTURE REPAIRS- FRONT/REAR GATES

             Frank Marino motioned the following lighting repairs to be done by Gallagher Electric:

                             Replace the existing photocell at the front entrance,  replace the existing light fixtures by the fountain with 50-75 watt LED fixtures (one existing fixture is not working), replace the broken floodlight facing the front entrance gate with an LED spot light,  install a 50 watt LED light to illuminate the resident sign and a GFI receptacle,  replace the three rear entrance spot lights with two LED lights at the rear gate, (present lights do not work), and install an LED spot light for the Resident only sign.  The cost is $1,120.00.

 Todd Craig seconded the motion.  All approved, motion carried

REPAINTING OF STOP LINES AND CROSSWALKS

             Frank Marino requested Bosshardt to obtain quotes to repaint the white stop lines and crosswalks in the community.

IRRIGATION SYSTEM REPAIRS FOR THE TOWNHOMES

             Circaco Electric did not show on the scheduled date to perform the required repairs on December 15, 2020.  They have not returned telephone calls regarding a scheduled date.  Frank Marino requested Bosshardt to notify Circaco that if the work is not completed by the end of the week to cancel the work and get a quote from Gallagher Electric Company

FENCE ALONG THE BACK OF GOLF VIEW DR

             Bosshardt reported that eight residents have submitted the authorization form.  Todd Craig motioned that the construction of the fence proceed. Tom Godart second the motion.  All approved, motion passed

THE LAKE

             Future Horizons has been treating the Lake with chemicals and an improvement has been seen, Todd Craig requested Bosshardt to get quotes on removal of the weeds

RESIDENT OPEN FORUEM – Ten Property Owners present

At the request of some of the residents a street lighting feasibility study will be performed by the Board to determine ways to increase security lighting within the community
